In 1998, I was ordered to bake 3 ft high by 4 ft long Birthday Cake in celebration of The Marine Corps. The oldest and youngest Marine are the first to cut the cake and get a piece of the cake.
Baking
While in the Marine Corps I got to hewn in my baking skills. When I got into my platoon my Gunny asked the whole Battalion if anyone had any experience in the baking field and I told him that my mom taught me what she learned from her cake decorating classes at home. I was the main baker for over two years making pastries for over three thousand Marines per meal. In one day, I would make 9,000 pastries for the men and women that served our country. I made many mistakes and was able to learn from them. This made me one of the best bakers int the world. I was featured in the news and many newspapers. I got to serve President George W. Bush in Bagdad, Iraq. Now, I love teaching other such as our students how to be great in a field that I have mastered.
